By using Waffle2, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of the platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Waffle2, you must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country). If you’re under 18, your use of the platform must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Waffle2 reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for users who do not meet these requirements or who provide false information.

2. Account Responsibility

Some features of Waffle2 may require registration to access some features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during sign-up and throughout your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

Waffle2 is meant to be a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all users. You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content

Failure to comply may result in suspension or a permanent ban from the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, artwork, animations, game logic, and branding associated with Waffle2 are the exclusive property of Waffle2 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of Waffle2 without permission.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Waffle2 for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

5. Game Features & Access

We aim to offer engaging and smooth gameplay, but the availability of features may change at any time. We may update, add, or remove games, modes, or functions with or without notifying you.

We’ve built Waffle2 to be fun and reliable, but we can’t promise that it will always work perfectly or be available all the time. Sometimes, things might go wrong, like bugs or server issues, and we’re not legally responsible for those problems. We always aim to fix technical issues as quickly as possible to get things back on track.

6. User Content

Some parts of Waffle2 may allow users to upload or generate content (e.g., profile names). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Waffle2 a global, royalty-free license to display and use it within the platform.

We reserve the right to modify or remove user-generated content that violates our policies or disrupts the experience for others.

7. Suspension and Termination

Waffle2 may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban your access to the platform if you violate these terms, abuse features, or harm the integrity of the game experience.

We may also remove content or revoke access without notice if necessary to maintain a safe environment for the community.
